ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE

ARC FORMS AND INFORMATION

 

Homeowners are responsible for submitting an ARC Form PRIOR to any construction, remodel, or landscaping done to their lot.  The ARC has up to 30 days to approve/deny applications.  Please refer to the ARC CC&Rs and Building Guidelines for further details and information.

 

The ARC consists of 3 volunteer residents and each seat is held for a minimum of 3 years with one member rotating out each year.  The committee is responsible for reviewing and approving or denying any and all construction, improvements and/or landscaping within the community.
