Milton Estates HOA
Owners are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the Milton Estates declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. Voluntary compliance of all CC&Rs help maintain the harmony and beauty of our community, as well as the value.
The HOA Board of Directors consists of 4 volunteer residents; President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The HOA manages the roadways, CC&R violations, Finances and oversees the Architectural Review Committee.
